It appears that my various outraged communications have somehow pressed the magic print cheque button at the Telus underground lair.
Telus replied by way of a real-live actual e-mail: The refund for the amount of $xxx.xx has been issued and will be mailed to the billing address we have on file.
Well, that wasn't so hard was it?
